CONDITIONS AND PAYMENT POLICY

General Conditions

• check-in: dalle ore 15.00 alle ore 17.00;
• check-out: within 10.00 o'clock;
• in some periods there are restrictions on the number of nights of stay (Minimun Stay);
• In some particular periods, the management reserves the right to modify the list prices. In September, in conjunction with the Cous Cous Fest, high season rates will be applied.
• Tourist tax, validity: all year except from January 01 to March 31 and from Novembre 30 to Dicembre 31, daily amount per person (except children) from 1 to 1.50 euro per day, for a maximum 15 nights (for more info see the website of the Municipality of San Vito lo Capo).

Policy, pagamenti e termini di cancellazione

• Confirmation of reservations: it is necessary to make an advance payment equal to 30% of the total amount by bank transfer or Credit Card via Paypal gateway
• For last-minute bookings (made within 2-3 days from the arrival date): to confirm the reservation, simply send an email containing your identification data
• Cancellations without penalty: in low and medium season it is possible to cancel free of charge within 48 hours of arrival (any advance paid will be refunded). In high and very high season the free cancellation terms are 10 days.
• Cancellations with penalty: the advance payment will be retained
• Methods of payment in the structure: we accept payments in cash or by credit card (all the most popular circuits).
