The one who proposes the business proposal is MAP ENJOY SRL who, through the investment program of the recovery and redevelopment of a property, has set out to create a modern and functional tourist accommodation facility – AFFITTACAMERE’’ Rental Rooms’’ - in the territory of the Municipality of San Vito Lo CAPO equipped with six units, which are able to accommodate 13 beds and "ADDITIONAL SERVICES in order to make the tourists stay more enjoyable.

The project initiative fully fits in what is to be considered the development factors of the area around Trapani. In fact, the idea was to create an accommodation facility within a territorial reality that lacks it, equipping it with suitable structural services to complete the presence of environmental factors in a unique mix for the final quality of the offer, contributing positively. to achieve a tourist qualification of the territory through a qualitative development strategy that aims to enhance the existing natural, cultural, architectural and landscape resources.
In order to ensure a better use of the accommodation facility for the disabled people, technical improvements have been made to improve those provided by the current legislation for the various disabilities. Particular attention was given to the eco-sustainability of the structure through the installation of eco-innovative systems.
The investment program uses innovative tools to deal with the entire process relating to the provision of the service from the booking to the check-out.

The aims pursued by the program are:

• Re-qualification and re-functionalization of the property object of the investment;
• Increase in the quality of the tourist offer;
• Increase in employment;
• Enhancement of the tourist, landscape, architectural and cultural resources of this area;
• Reduction of environmental impacts (water, energy, CO2 emissions)
• Use of inclusive business models in the principle of equal opportunities and non-discrimination (touchable maps, visual tools for the deaf, etc.)
• Creation of companies with a prevalence of female and / or youth participation;
• Dissemination of legality culture ,by joining anti-mafia and anti-racket associations;
• Increase of the economic and social well-being of the area connected to the tourist movement deriving from the realization of the investment.

The initiative carried out fits fully into what is considered the development factors of the area.
